Approx. 25% of our team lives outside of Paris or abroad. It does not mean they never meet in-person with their colleagues!**

Sometimes, it can be nice to enjoy Joko’s remote work flexibility and work from another country.
Team members can spend up to 3 months working temporarily from abroad every year, depending on the country they are going to and on their citizenship.
Working and living in the same place can be exhausting sometimes. That's why we want everyone to have the possibility to work from an office space if needed.
If you live in a city where we do not have our own office, we give you a budget for renting a coworking space.
Meeting in person from time to time can also be nice, even when you are fully remote.
To allow everyone to meet in person with the team, we host at least three gatherings per year, in Paris or elsewhere!
We also have dedicated budgets at each team’s level for in-person team-building events.
